Abstracts on all topics regarding passive fire protection and related corrosion protection will be considered for inclusion in the technical program. Some preferred topics include:

Submission guidelines

If approved, speakers at the FireCORR 2021 Virtual Conference will be required to:

  • Meet all deadlines listed for presentation review.
  • Follow all requirements for formatting and content for presentations.
  • Provide a full technical paper on your topic
  • Provide a PowerPoint presentation (standard presentation is 30 minutes)
  • A video-recorded formal presentation (Additional guidelines for recording will be provided)
  • Sign the copyright release agreement.
  • Provide a brief biography.

All accepted speakers will be required to register but will receive a $100 discount for their participation. More details to follow once abstract is accepted.

Registration

Registration to FireCORR 2021 includes access to all technical presentations, virtual exhibit hall, the virtual platform for thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the event, and digital access to all recorded presentations (available after the conclusion of the conference).

Register

Exhibitor Payment & Cancellation Policy: Payment is due at the time of contract submission. If you request to be invoiced, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. After 30 days of the invoice date, your pre-selected booth space will be forfeited without full payment. You will be required to select another booth space when payment is received. All unpaid booth spaces will remain in "reserved" status until full payment is received. Contracts received less than 30 days prior to event must be paid in full at the time of contract submission.

All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. All paid and guaranteed exhibitor booth registrations cancelled in writing at least 30 calendar days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund, less a 10% service fee of the total exhibit space fees; including booth attendant registrations. Paid and guaranteed exhibitor booth registrations cancelled in writing 29 to 15 days prior to the start of the event will receive a refund of 50% of the total exhibit space fees; including booth attendant registrations. No refunds or credit will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 14 days before the event begins. If the conference is cancelled due to Federal, State, or local regulations, exhibitors will receive a full refund.

Standard Registration Policy: Paid registrations cancelled in writing at least 60 calendar days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund, less a 10% service fee. Paid registrations cancelled in writing 59 to 30 days before the starting date of the event will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or credit will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the event begins. Transfer of registration is permitted one time at a fee of $100.00 USD. Transfers may not be made less than 14 days before the event begins. This policy supersedes any previously published policy regarding the cancellation process for NACE Conferences.

All requests for transfer or cancellation must be submitted in writing to firstservice@nace.org. No refund will be processed if the registrant is a no show.

Right to Deny or Remove: We reserve the right to deny registration or admission to, or remove any party from the Conference, in our sole discretion.
