Technical Committee Minutes Templates

For those officers who would like to use a template when writing their minutes, the following are Microsoft** Word® Template files.

Instructions for use:

• Click on the template you wish to download
• When prompted select save as a Microsoft Word® document on your computer
• Complete the document by double clicking on the shaded areas and fill in the information.
• Change, add, or delete information in the rest of the file
• Save the file on your computer
• Send an e-mail to with the completed file attached
