Minimum class size generally is 12. Maximum class size is:

Headquarters cannot accept more registrations than the maximum number of students unless the area/region/section agrees to hire additional NACE-approved instructors.

The maximum numbers may be used only when the meeting room space allows comfortable seating for students, and equipment practice area if needed. Students will give a poor evaluation of the course if accommodations are not suitable!

The table below shows the class schedules followed by NACE Headquarters. Sections have flexibility in changing start and end days and daily schedules. However, the length of any class (in hours) cannot be changed.

The exact start date and class times must be included in the Section Education Agreement with headquarters. Once this and all other pertinent information is received by Headquarters, course promotions will begin.
