2. Do you know your nine-digit zip code? (If you do, then skip to #4 )

3. To obtain your nine-digit zip code, visit www.usps.com and enter your home mailing address.

4. To determine who your congressman is, visit www.house.gov and enter your nine-digit zip code.

5. Select one of the Microsoft Word© letters below to download:

• Letter to Congressman with no meeting request click here
• Letter to Congressman with a meeting request click here

6. Complete and print the letter. You can obtain the proper mailing address from your congressman's web site.

7. If you choose to E-MAIL your congressman then:

• Obtain your nine-digit zip code at www.usps.com
• Determine who your congressman is at www.house.gov
• Complete and submit one of the following letters:
