Use the Event Calendar Submission Form...

Nonprofit organizations may use our online form to submit events for one of our Web calendars.

NACE staff must approve all submissions before the events will appear on a calendar.

Instructions for downloading and using the Microsoft* Word® template submission file.

  • Click here to download the form.
  • When prompted select save as and save the file on your computer. For example, save the file as form.doc.
  • Launch your Microsoft Word® program and open the form file. Complete the document by
    double clicking on the shaded areas and keying in the information.
  • Save the file on your computer.
  • Send an e-mail to with the completed file attached.
