These courses are offered prior to the annual conference to help you make the best use of your travel time and money. If you wish to book a sleeping room, it is necessary to make those arrangements outside of the Conference Housing Bureau. Rooms through the Bureau are only available over conference dates.
How do you do this?
• Call the Hilton directly at 504-561-0500 to see if they have availability
• Do not identify yourself with the NACE conference or you will be directed to contact the conference housing bureau
What if the Hilton doesn't have any sleeping rooms or the rate is too high?
• You can easily do some investigation on your own by going to the New Orleans Visitor and Convention website
• Look for a hotel in the "Warehouse/Arts District", the "Central Business District" and even the "French Quarter"
What if I also want to attend CORROSION 2008?
• Book your room at a hotel that still has rooms for the nights of the conference
• Call the hotel direct to ask them if you can add the additional nights onto your reservation and not change rooms
