Convenient transportation is available to Gaylord Opryland and the Radisson by shuttle or taxicab. Nashville Airport is located approximately 10 miles (16 km) from the Opryland. |
| Airport Shuttle

Gaylord Opryland offers daily shuttle service round trip from the Nashville International Airport to Gaylord Opryland and the Radisson Hotel. You may find the Gaylord Opryland welcome desk on the lower level of the airport, located between the two escalators. Their agent will assist you with your ticket or you may use their convenient kiosk located at the desk. The agent will assist you with directions to the bus. In the event you do not encounter an airport agent, you may proceed directly to the bus and the driver will assist you with your ticket purchase. You will locate their convenient shuttle location immediately to the left as you exit the front door of the lower level of the airport. |

Gaylord Opryland is the convention center and hotel all rolled into one. Shuttle bus transportation will be provided by Gaylord Opryland to and from the Radisson Hotel, which is the only hotel other than Gaylord Opryland offered as part of the conference. |

The fare from Nashville International Airport to downtown Nashville is a $20 flat rate. Taxis are available on the ground level of the airport terminal.
