How can I place a classified ad in MP?

and the MP Classified Advertising page, which gives information about heavily discounted rates for placing a classified ad. There are basically two types of ads—display (boxed) or text (newspaper style). NACE will typeset the ad if needed and provide a proof and price quote. How can I get a business card ad placed in the "Corrosion Engineering Directory" in the back of MP?
