What is the price of the tutorials to students?
- Sections are encouraged to use a standard registration fee of $195 per tutorial, so the tutorials do not compete with each other. However, a Section may consider adding a small amount to the price if, for example, lunch is provided with a registration. Click here for more information about CP Tutorials.
Does my Section have to use a NACE-approved instructor to present the tutorials?
- No. NACE-approved instructors are not required.
What equipment is required to run the tutorials?
- Must be able to accommodate PowerPoint presentations on CD-ROM (laptop computer and projector/screen)
- Other common teaching tools (check with your instructor): flipcharts, overhead projector/transparencies, markers, nameplates
- NACE Headquarters supplies one copy of the student handbook and one CD-ROM with slides
Are there exams with the tutorials?
- No. There are written exercises with Tutorial One, and others may be developed.
