In-House Training

Flexibility, convenience, and cost-effectiveness are the cornerstone of NACE?s on-site training programs.
NACE has developed the following on-site training options to help meet different training goals:
  • In-house Program - A traditional on-site training program whereby one company sponsors the training at their facility for their employees and/or contractors.

  • Partnership Program - For smaller companies who find on-site training costs prohibitive because they have difficulty meeting the minimum number of students needed to keep student fees down. The Partnership Program allows up to three companies to "partner" together to hold a class that include students from each of the companies. In choosing this on-site option, minimum student numbers are met while still keeping the cost-per-student at a reasonable rate.

  • Contract/Public Program - An alternative for those companies that have training facilities but not enough employees to train to hold a traditional in-house program. With this option, the course is open to the public but the sponsoring company receives discounts on employee registration fees, and, the instructor fees are paid by NACE International.

Benefits of the In-house Program and Partnership Program
  • Savings - Student fees can be reduced by as much as 33% off the list price of a public offering. Your company saves money on employee travel expenses.
Student fees can be further reduced if a company agrees to reimburse instructor travel expenses, such as using frequent flyer miles to fly in instructors. When conducting a Partnership Program, expenses are shared by up to three companies -- if class attendance is maximized, so is the savings.

  • Flexibility - Courses can be held over two weekends, rather than over one week, so employees are not away from the office for five week days.

  • Convenience - A course can be conducted when it is most convenient for your company.

  Benefits of the Contract/Public Program
  • Discounts - NACE will offer a discount for hosting a public training course at your facility.

  • Savings - Holding a course at your facility eliminates travel expenses for your employees.

  • Networking - As with all NACE public training courses, your employees will have the opportunity to network with others from a variety of industries.
