Prices listed in the NACE Store are subject to change. All orders will be filled at the prices
in effect at the time the online purchase is made. Membership discounts are non-transferable.
Prior to returning any product, it will be necessary to call NACE International at 281/228-6223
to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number. This (RA) Number should be plainly visible on the
outside of the package.
Software cannot be returned unless it is damaged or defective. If software is damaged or defective,
please see below.
Products received incorrectly may be returned under the condition that a Return Authorization (RA)
Number is provided to the recipient by NACE International no later than 30 days (Domestic), 45
days (International) after the shipping date. A restocking charge of 10% will be applied to all
customer-requested returns. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. All customer-requested
returns must be shipped prepaid. NACE International will not be responsible for lost items returned
without a Return Authorization Number.
Products received in damaged condition as a result of shipping may be claimed under the condition
that a Return Authorization (RA) Number is provided to the recipient by NACE International no later
than 30 days (Domestic) and 45 days (International) after the shipping date. This (RA) Number should
be plainly visible on the outside of the package. Since the shipping courier may need to conduct
an inspection, the original box and the original packaging materials must be kept. NACE International
will not be responsible for damages returned without a Return Authorization Number or damages in
which the original box and packaging material have not been kept. NACE International will not be
responsible for lost items returned without a Return Authorization Number.
NACE International can track all shipments, both domestic and international. Claims will be honored
with a replacement product when notified within 30 days (Domestic), 45 days (International) from
the date of shipment, and after the proper tracking of the shipment has been completed.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders. Rates include insurance. NACE International
reserves the right to adjust specific shipping and handling charges as weight restrictions, customs
restrictions, etc., may require. For Canadian orders, GST will be charged at 7% of the subtotal.
All rates are in U.S. dollars. For Texas residents, please add 8.25% sales tax.

NACE Shipping and Handling Policy
- NACE International will endeavor to ship all orders within 48 hours
of acceptance. Backordered items may be shipped separately at no additional cost.
- All continental U.S. orders will be shipped by UPS Surface; Canadian
and International orders by air freight. Orders can only be shipped to street addresses. Post Office
boxes cannot be used.
- Expedited delivery service is not available for web site orders. UPS
Surface delivery time in the U.S. averages five (5) business days. Canadian and International delivery
time average seven (7) working days. Local customs restrictions may affect scheduled delivery times.

- NACE cannot ship orders using third-party shipping account numbers.
