The New Orleans Section of NACE INTERNATIONAL, The Corrosion Society is holding its annual two-day Oilfield Operator Chemical School (OOCS). This unique event allows participants (oilfield operators, technicians, engineers and other professionals) the opportunity learn and understand flow assurance, corrosion and process chemical basics, discussing problems, chemical selection, treatment applications, field and laboratory analysis, justification, surveillance and optimization. The objective of the school is to provide a basis for chemical treating and networking. There are no pre-requisites for this course.
