He is a principal engineer / senior project manager in the Forensic Investigations section of the DNV Materials and Corrosion Technology Center. Mr. Brongers holds a MSc degree in materials science and engineering from Delft University, The Netherlands, is a registered professional engineer in Ohio and West Virginia, and is a NACE certified Materials Selection & Design Specialist.
