When will the exam scores be posted to the web?

  • The exam scores are normally posted to the web 7 to 10 business days following the receipt of the exams at NACE headquarters. To find out if or when they were received, check out the status here.

I don't have the Course number needed to access my scores.

  • The course number is either located on your registration confirmation form or the instruction form you completed at the class for accessing grades on-line (information given by the instructor). The course number is an 8-digit number that might look something like this 42408028. You can also find it at this link

I don't know what my Student ID number is.

  • Your Student ID is the number entered on your Scantron exam form and is either your NACE Membership/Contact number or a Temporary ID number that was assigned to you at the class by the instructor. Your NACE Membership/Contact number will be a six-digit number something like 223456 or, if assigned a temporary ID, will be a 10-digit number looking something like this 4240802801.

I don't remember my password.

  • Your password should be the last four-digits of the telephone number that you entered on your Scantron exam form. If no number was entered on your exam, try using 0000.
